The hotel offered two key amenities that made our stay enjoyable. the rooms were clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and cozy environment. the staff were extremely helpful and prompt in assisting us with any requests. They went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met, making our stay stress-free. the hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to the main center and attractions, saving us valuable time during our Christmas holiday.
One aspect that could be improved was the phone ringing issue. We experienced multiple inexplicable early morning calls, disrupting our sleep.

Reasonable price, cleanliness in the room, tasty, not expensive food in the hotel's cafe. Modern room's design, good facilities in the room include tea/coffee maker, free bottles of water.
Little bit far from centre of city (about 15 min per taxi, 3-4 USD), the room was with 3 single beds (not kingsize bed, like in request).

The room (an executive level room priced at $40 or so) was like a trimmed-down version of a 5-star modern hotel. Almost everything you would expect from a $180+ hotel in Asia. Clean lines, comfortable, clean. The restaurant is fine too. My breakfast was included, as well as internet, which made it an incredibly good deal.
Corridors and elevator do not have air conditioning so it can be a little stifling but that's a quibble. The overall quality at such an attractive price more than makes up for it.

the hotel staff were very nice and helpful, especially the bell boy and restaurant staff. the location of the hotel was convenient, with markets and restaurants nearby. It was also not far from the tourist areas, only about a 10-minute taxi ride which the reception helped us with. the room was clean and nicely appointed, with a comfortable bed and a spacious bathroom. the breakfast included a variety of options, including bacon and eggs, fresh juice, fruit, cereal, and Asian breakfast foods. the hotel also had facilities like a spa, which they recommended to us and had great reviews.
There was one negative aspect of the hotel. the reception staff, specifically one of the girls, seemed to have a poor temper and lacked the skills to handle problems effectively.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The location was fantastic, just a few blocks away from famous sights like the War Remnants Museum and the Reunification Palace. I loved how easily accessible the tourist areas in District 1 were from the hotel. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options to suit all tastes. The staff was friendly and accommodating, especially Ms. Cin and the bellman who went out of their way to make my stay comfortable. the hotel was clean and had all the necessary facilities.
Could not be improved in any way.

You clearly cannot book the room you want.Best to book the cheapest and play it by ear upon arrival.

Although not large rooms, the quality of the fixtures and furnishings was excellent. Cleaners were diligent and all staff polite and helpful. For this class of hotel the breakfast was comprehensive and good quality. My room on the 11th floor (there are 13) had a balcony and was well insulated from traffic noise below. Is within 200 m of prime Nha Trang beach, where The Sailing Club and Louisiana Bar offer good facilities.
The small swimming pool on the second floor is really too small to be of any real use. The same can be said for the token gym equipment.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Ho Chi Minh City, and I was pleasantly surprised by my experience. the hotel's location in District 1 was perfect - it was centrally placed and close to attractions like the train station and various shops and restaurants. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, always willing to assist with any queries or requests. The rooms were spacious and clean, with modern facilities and a beautiful view of the city. The hotel also provided a delicious breakfast with a wide variety of options, including BBQ fish. Another great aspect was the value for money - the prices were affordable, especially considering the amenities and services provided.
All in all, my stay at this hotel was absolutely fine and without any major issues.

The hotel is in a busy area of the city but it is set back from the street and it was very quiet. I went there for some quiet time alone with God and it was perfect for my purpose. However, outside within a few steps of the Sen Viet Hotel there are great places to eat - I loved the food at Mon Hue - and there is a Movie Theater if you like films. I had my nails done a few doors down and they had someone who spoke English for me a plus. Oh, the hotel staff at the front desk were very kind and also spoke English. Cleaning staff were also friendly! Breakfast was adaquate and they made fresh eqqs however you liked. They had a spa but I didn't use it. I enjoyed my stay at the Sen Viet Hotel. I would stay there again!
The only thing is that the Booking said "strickly non-smoking" and every room seemed to have an ashtray. When I asked about a non-smoking room they looked at me like I was crazy. However, there was no smell of smoke in the room...but there was an ashtray.

When I arrived I was told that the hotel was fully booked, even though I had booked a room for three nights six weeks earlier. The hotel totally redeemed itself by lodging me in a nearby hotel with a comparable room during the first night, and upgrading me to a VIP room in Sen Viet itself for the second and third night. I also received a cake and a free airport transfer. Impressive.
Noisy outside. It's almost impossible not to wake up at 6am because of the traffic.
